Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 1, 2026 • Governed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record)

Fair, Transparent Terms for Professional Users

By accessing or using LedgerVault, you agree to these Terms. Our software operates on a 100% Zero-Knowledge basis to convert bank statement PDFs into standardized spreadsheet formats (QuickBooks Online QBO 3-Column CSV, Xero CSV, Excel .xlsx).

1. Service Description & In-Browser Processing

LedgerVault provides a web-based productivity application allowing users to parse, organize, and export bank statement PDF files. All document parsing executes locally in the user's browser using client-side WebAssembly. No copies of uploaded statements or customer financial figures are stored on our servers.

2. Verification & Professional Responsibility

While LedgerVault provides built-in mathematical double-entry reconciliation checks, optical and spatial coordinate parsing is inherently subject to variances in original bank statement PDF layouts. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of converted financial records prior to importing data into accounting systems or submitting tax filings.

3. Subscription Plans & Merchant of Record

LedgerVault provides free page allowances and paid recurring monthly subscriptions (Solo Plan and Firm Plan). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled by the user.

4. 14-Day Refund Guarantee & Cancellation

All initial subscription orders are backed by a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LedgerVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
