Built for Accountants, Bookkeepers & Financial Fiduciaries

Our Mission: Zero-Knowledge Financial Engineering

We believe sensitive financial records should never be transmitted to third-party cloud servers just to convert a PDF into a spreadsheet. StatementToExcel was engineered to give accounting professionals offline-grade security directly in any modern browser.

How We Are Different From Legacy Cloud OCR

100% Client-Side Privacy (Zero-Knowledge)

Traditional cloud OCR software forces users to upload sensitive financial PDF statements to third-party multi-tenant servers. StatementToExcel was built from the ground up to execute entirely inside volatile browser RAM using client-side WebAssembly. No documents, bank balances, or account numbers ever leave your machine.

Mathematical Double-Entry Proofs

Spreadsheets are only as useful as their accuracy. We do not guess or approximate numbers. Our engine extracts starting balances, sums every debit and credit row with $0.01 arithmetic precision, and reconciles against the ending balance before you export.

Sub-Pixel Spatial 2D Heuristics

Bank statements feature complex formatting: multi-column check grids, multi-line payee notes, wire reference IDs, and irregular page breaks. Our parser reconstructs the tabular geometry without relying on fragile fixed templates.

Fiduciary Compliance & Standards

GDPR Article 25 (Privacy by Design)Local browser processing guarantees compliance without requiring data processing agreements (DPA).
AICPA & CPA Fiduciary ConfidentialityProtects tax professionals and CPAs from third-party vendor data breach liability under professional ethics rules.
Zero Third-Party Model TrainingYour confidential financial data is never sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or external LLM APIs for training.
Instant In-Memory PurgingClosing the browser tab instantly and irreversibly purges volatile WebAssembly memory from your device.
